Deine Aufgaben
- Act as a Finance Business Partner within the EMEA team, supporting functional leads across Corporate and Medical Functions (e.g.-, IT, HR, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Commercial Development) by providing financial transparency and decision support
- Drive end-to-end planning, budgeting-, and forecasting processes across business units and functions, including consolidation, variance analysis-, and alignment of assumptions
- Support monthly closing activities to ensure data quality and governance
- Prepare management reports, executive summaries-, and related commentary, translating financial results into actionable insights
- Analyze and interpret key financial performance drivers and apply insights to commercial and operational decision-making
- Collaborate closely with regional (EMEA) and global colleagues across Finance and other business-enabling functions to drive process efficiency and ensure strong financial governance
- Handle complex finance topics spanning commercial, operational-, and compliance areas in close collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling-, and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to strategic and cross-functional initiatives
Deine Qualifikationen
- Successfully completed a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration-, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Finance or Controlling
- Proven experience in Finance, Controlling-, or FP&A within an international company
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting-, and analytics to support decision-making
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally, experience working with Hyperion, SAP-, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
