We are looking for a Partner Ops Analyst to join our Rail Partnerships team and drive transportation innovation by championing partner support and streamlining onboarding processes.
What you will do:
* Coordinate the accreditation and approval process with our key railway partners to maximise our footprint in the rail distribution.
* Maintain a solid knowledge of each rail carrier’s features.
* Continuously improve processes to enhance the onboarding experience and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with retail partnerships, product, engineering, customer support, and content teams to continuously improve our underlying technology and processes.
Workplace: Europe & Remote / Berlin & Hybrid
We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Berlin, our HQ. We are a remote‑first company with teams located around the Globe.
Who you are:
* You have 1+ years of experience with APIs and Postman and know your way around data.
* You are passionate about working with partners and delivering an outstanding customer experience and e‑commerce.
* You have a keen eye for detail, balancing accuracy with efficiency, and can communicate clearly across teams and geographies.
* You thrive in fast‑paced environments, quickly grasp new technical concepts, and are highly organised, managing multiple initiatives with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
* You speak fluent English. Another European language would be plus (French, Spanish, Italian or German).
