Your main responsibilities are:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive and transparent process architecture for BioNTech's Corporate Process Universe (CPU)
* Ensure the consistency and quality of the process landscape in close collaboration with process owners and specialist departments
* Identify improvement opportunities, derive optimization measures, and support harmonization and standardization across departments
* Apply modern modeling and architecture standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0, APQC) and leverage tools for process documentation, automation, and process mining
* Collaborate with stakeholders to initiate process automation, process mining, and AI use cases to enhance efficiency
* Ensure compliance with process management guidelines and support the introduction and maintenance of a process management governance framework
What you have to offer:
* A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, IT, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in process management, process architecture, or a similar role
* Proficiency in process modeling and architecture frameworks, such as BPMN 2.0 and APQC, and experience with process management tools (e.g., Signavio, ADONIS)
* Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way to diverse stakeholders
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence
