As a Full‑Stack Engineer with an AI‑native mindset, you will turn high‑level product concepts into working prototypes that demonstrate real user value. You’ll actively leverage modern AItooling to maximize speed, insight, and quality in the prototyping process
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with:
– 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
– Demonstrated full‑stack capability (you’re comfortable building an API layer, wiring data storage and creating usable React frontends).
– Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on user/stakeholder feedback; you know when to hack, when to harden, and how to clearly label the difference.
– Hands‑on experience using AI tools in the development workflow (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as well as context engineering.
– Strong collaboration and communication skills in English: you explain trade‑offs, surface risks early, and share insights clearly with non‑engineers. (German is a plus, not required.)
– Experience mentoring and leading junior developers infast‑moving or ambiguous environments.– Willingness and ability to share and defend non‑trivial code and AI‑assisted workflows from past projects during the interview process.
– Portfolio evidence: GitHub or equivalent repos showing code you’ve written (language mix welcome), prototypes, or demo videos. Please include links

The following experience would be a plus:
– Interest or background in Business Process Management, Process Mining, or related fields
– Entrepreneurial mindset or experience working in startup environments
