YOUR ROLE
You bring energy to the bar floor, support the Bar Manager in smooth daily operations, and help shape exceptional, high‑end guest moments that define our luxury experience.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
* You support the Bar Manager as a business partner and marketing mind for the outlet, ensuring smooth operations, strong financial performance, and alignment with hotel standards.
* You handle guest and internal inquiries with professionalism and empathy, following through until every issue is resolved satisfactorily.
* You facilitate clear communication by leading divisional meetings and ensuring that briefings are meaningful and consistent. You keep departmental operations manuals up to date.
* You align Food & Beverage activities with the corporate strategy and help drive key hotel initiatives.
* You take part in annual performance and development discussions and actively support associates in achieving their growth goals.
* You spend time in the outlet, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that guests receive exceptional service at all times.
* You contribute to building a strong team by assisting in the recruitment and selection of F&B associates.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
* You bring prior experience in a similar role or within luxury hospitality, and you feel confident working hands‑on “on the floor.”
* You communicate fluently in German and English; additional languages are a strong advantage in our international environment.
* You naturally anticipate guest needs and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
* You are a passionate host with excellent manners and a strong sense of quality.
* You are well organized, self‑motivated, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
* You lead with a hands‑on mentality and inspire others through your presence and example.
