We are hiring a Junior KYC & Risk Analyst (f/m/d) to join our Operations team in Berlin.
This is an entry-level / graduate role for candidates who want to actively take ownership of risk decisions, not just process cases.
From day one, you will work on real customer cases, learning how to assess risk, understand business structures, and contribute to a secure and scalable FinTech platform.
From day one, you’ll be hands-on and learning through real experience here’s what you’ll be doing:
Own Customer Onboarding: Review customer applications, collect documentation, and analyse company structures including ultimate beneficial owners.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or junior professionals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within Operations.
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field or comparable practical experience
Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (min. Dutch language skills are a strong plus
A strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
You work methodically and ensure accuracy when handling data, documentation, and customer cases.
Strong foundation in KYC and compliance
Internal mobility across Operations, Risk, and Compliance
