HIGHCAT at a glance: HIGHCAT is a dynamic startup in the security sector providing drones to militaries, police forces and fire departments within Europe. We are determined to be the Western standard of drones in both the B2G and B2B sectors. Located in the outskirts of Konstanz, our office is encompassed by nature where our collaborative team design, innovate and manufacture our drone portfolio. Our diverse, small but growing company, has 10 employees with 3 different nationalities. We are searching a Procurement Manager to join us on site for a minimum of 32 hours a week. Who you are Hands on (this job will require hands on process creation and moving incoming goods to storage facility also on site) Outcome orientated Not afraid of accountability and ownership Self-starter Willing to take on diverse set of tasks (sometimes outside the scope of your role) Resilient Assertive communicator Open-minded What you will do Oversee inventory control Create and enforce a company-wide procurement policy and procedure Responsible for purchase orders Mapping of the complete order process in our ERP system Understanding and utilising MRP system in co-ordinance with manufacturing Responsibility for accounting in our ERP (entry of documents for each order) Finding new suppliers Negotiating contracts with suppliers Manage & evaluate relationships with current suppliers Partner with leadership team to influence beneficial change in the warehouse through proven change management and decision-making practices Perform cost analysis breakdowns Estimate and Establish budgets for purchasing Responsible for order management, minimising delays, recognising bottlenecks and internally communicating order issues Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, accounting, business management or a similar field preferred 1-4 years of experience as a procurement manager or in a similar position required Previous experience in startup environment is an asset Proficiency in using ERP and MRP systems required High level of technical proficiency required Previous work experience in drone market is a major advantage Proficiency in Google Suite Strong communication and negotiation skills Good analytical reasoning and strategic thinking skills Supervisory and management experience Professional level of German and English (official company language) required, other languages are a plus What you can expect 30 days paid vacation (based on 40 hours per week) Yearly salary range: €40000-€55000 depending on experience, education & company fit and desired working hours Hansefit subscription Diverse and multinational work environment On-site working in the beautifully located office in the outskirts of Konstanz Responsibility given from day one Friendly working atmosphere Sound good?
