This position will ensure delivering a first class quality service from instigation to completion of tasks, ensuring that all administrative and logistical support matters for the senior management team as well project related activities are dealt with an efficient and timely manner. How you will make an impact: Provide organizational and administrative support to the Senior Commercial Director in daily operations Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, especially healthcare professionals (HCPs) Maintain an overview of internal projects, summarize actions, and ensure follow-ups Prepare presentations and decision-making materials Assist with typical administrative tasks such as correspondence, calendar management, and meeting organization Share best practices and contribute new ideas for process optimization Assist in planning and executing internal and external marketing and sales events, including sponsorships and contract management. Coordinate logistics for local training events and Induction Days (twice a year). Support marketing-related tasks What you will need (required): Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Biomedical Engineering or related field or an equivalent professional qualification Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales enablement, or customer engagement, preferably within healthcare industry What else we look for (preferred): Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and spoken German and English is a must Ability to drive achievement of objectives Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills Innovative mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in Germany?
