Your Role: Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance Analyze demand trends, historical data, and market inputs to provide actionable insights and recommendations Align supply planning with demand forecasts to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels Monitor and analyze service levels, inventory performance, and supply constraints; identify areas for improvement Work cross-functionally with Logistics, Production, and Sales to synchronize supply chain activities Utilize and enhance forecasting tools and ERP systems SAP APO & APS Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards on key KPIs (e.g., Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, Inventory) Actively support and contribute to the new implemented IBP process What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Initial professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics is a plus Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI preferred) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP APO) is an advantage Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus Our Benefits: Join a dynamic team in an inspiring and international environment, right in the heart of Munich.
