We are a fiduciary firm located in Luxembourg, specializing in managing international structures with a strong focus on trust administration. Our main mission is to provide personalized support to our clients, ensuring compliance with both Luxembourgish and international regulatory standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of trusts from establishment to potential liquidation, overseeing all aspects of the trust's lifecycle.
* Act as the primary point of contact for protectors, trustees, beneficiaries, and external advisors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
* Prepare and monitor legal documentation, including trust deeds and letters of wishes, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date with changing laws and regulations.
* Coordinate with internal and/or external accounting and tax services, providing seamless support to clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare periodic reports for clients and the board of directors, offering insightful analysis and recommendations.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal procedures related to trusts, driving process excellence and efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you should have a native Italian speaker or excellent written and spoken proficiency in Italian, as well as a very good command of French and English, both spoken and written. A university degree in law, economics, management, or equivalent is required, along with significant experience in trust management.
