veSync is a global smart home and consumer electronics company with leading brands such as Levoit, COSORI, and Etekcity. In Europe, we are accelerating our offline retail expansion across key markets including Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
To further strengthen our retail presence and drive sell-out performance, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager focusing on offline channel marketing and retail operations.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for developing, lead, drive and executing trade marketing strategies across offline retail channels to drive brand visibility, retail excellence, and sell-out growth.
You will work closely with Sales, the European Marketing team, and external retail partners to ensure strong in-store presence, impactful POS execution and materials, and successful product launches across key retail accounts.
This position is based in Düsseldorf and requires 5 days per week on-site presence, and customer visit and attending fairs
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Channel Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute annual trade marketing plans aligned with European sales targets and market priorities. Define channel-specific marketing strategies for key offline retailers (e.g., electronics chains, hypermarkets, specialty retailers). Plan and coordinate new product launches within retail environments.
In-Store Visibility & POS Management
Lead the development and execution of POSM, in-store branding, and merchandising concepts. Ensure consistent brand presentation and visibility across retail partners. Coordinate in-store activations, promotions, retail events, and local training activities.
Trade Promotions & Sell-Out Acceleration
Plan and implement BTL campaigns and retail-driven promotions. Design and manage in-store contests, incentive programs, and co-marketing initiatives with retail partners. Collaborate closely with Sales to support customer negotiations through marketing proposals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales team to align on sell-in and sell-out targets. Coordinate with the European Marketing team to ensure alignment between ATL and BTL initiatives. Manage external agencies, POS suppliers, and merchandising partners.
KPI Tracking & Budget Management
Define and monitor key KPIs such as sell-out performance, ROI, visibility compliance, and promotional effectiveness. Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Provide regular performance analysis and reporting.
Candidate Profile
Experience
5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Retail Marketing. Strong background in offline retail marketing and in-store activation. Experience working with major retail accounts in consumer electronics, FMCG, or home appliances is preferred. Proven experience in product launches, POSM management, and retail promotions. Experience managing marketing budgets.

Languages
Fluent English is required. German is highly preferred.
