Since 2022, Myonex Berlin is our Germany facility. With a long-standing experience in primary/secondary packaging and small batch-size IMP manufacturing capabilities, the Berlin facility brings expert and flexible support to early-stage clinical trials.
Myonex GmbH is GMP certified and holds a manufacturing and import license according to
* 13 AMG for human and veterinary drugs, as well as a wholesale license including GDP certification according to
* 52a AMG.
As our reach stretches further around the world, we are looking for a Site Lead to head operations in Berlin.
The Benefits:

About the Role:
As the Site Lead for Berlin, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards, managing budgets, and driving performance to meet company goals. This role requires excellent communication, strong managerial and decision-making skills, and the ability to negotiate and collaborate across continents and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of Myonex GmbH, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Oversee equipment maintenance, structural overheads, and financial performance.
* Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring staff training and development.
* Participate in cross-functional projects and quality certification processes.
* Represent Myonex GmbH at industry associations and maintain good relations with global entities.
About the Candidate:
* You have a university degree or equivalent and significant experience in packaging and labelling within pharmaceuticals, preferably for clinical trials.
* Your proven track record includes senior management, talent development, and strategic planning, as well as overseeing operations people and support functions.
* You have successfully managed budgets, P&L statements, and driven business growth.
* You are proficient in German and English, both written and verbal.

Über Die Position
Als
Standortleitung für Berlin
sind Sie für den täglichen Betrieb verantwortlich – unter Einhaltung der GMP-/GDP-Richtlinien, dem Management von Budgets und der Leistungserbringung zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele. Diese Rolle erfordert ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Führungs- und Entscheidungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, auf internationaler Ebene zu verhandeln und zusammenzuarbeiten.
Die Position erfordert regelmäßige Präsenz vor Ort Die Optionen für HomeOffice bzw. remote work sind eingeschränkt möglich.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
* Leitung des Tagesgeschäfts der Myonex GmbH unter Einhaltung branchenspezifischer Standards
* Verantwortung für Wartung der Anlagen, Infrastrukturkosten und finanzielle Leistungskennzahlen
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Pläne in Einklang mit den Unternehmensziele
* Führung und Motivation eines leistungsstarken Teams sowie Sicherstellung von Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
* Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Zertifizierungsprozessen im Qualitätsmanagement
* Repräsentation der Myonex GmbH in Branchenverbänden sowie Pflege guter Beziehungen zu globalen Partnern
Ihr Profil
* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie umfassende Erfahrung in der Verpackung und Etikettierung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise im Bereich klinischer Studien
* Nachweisliche Erfolge in leitenden Positionen, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, strategischer Planung sowie in der Leitung von operativen Bereichen und unterstützenden Funktionen
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Budgets, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen sowie in der erfolgreichen Steuerung von Unternehmenswachstum
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
