Sales and Managing Director (m / f / d)
Key responsibilities
* Implement a local marketing and sales strategy incl. the necessary personnel and processes
* Increase the German and Austrian market share by selling existing product lines and identifying further product opportunities for the local market
* Lead, coach and mentor the Germany & Austria team in order to increase the market share
* Establish and continue long-term relationships with local and international Key Accounts
* Identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, negotiations, and deal winning processes
* Win and monitor large projects with high technical content
* Increase market coverage
* Monitor Customer Service business
* Cooperate closely with the HQ and Sites in Europe
* Establish Romaco’s packaging and processing technology in Germany & Austria
* Participate in industry related trade fairs, maintain industry relevant networks
Requirements
* Technical / commercial degree or equivalent industry experience, MBA preferred
* Min. 10 years working experience incl. 5 years strategic management experience in the engineering based local and international pharma industry (packaging / processing)
* Technical background with proven strategic management skills
* In-depth knowledge of the regional market and relevant industry sales networks
* Demonstrated sales and business development experience, proven track record
* Exceptional customer orientation, excellent communication skills
* Reliable, loyal, responsible for compliance
