Product Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our fixed voice and data products portfolio. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, maximum sales, and minimum churn.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the product roadmap to drive business growth.
* Partner with technical leads to design robust, secure, and scalable services aligned with telecom best-practices.
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to prioritize features, improvements, and service evolution.
* Own the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering and service definition to launch, iteration, and decommissioning.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to continuously improve offerings.
* Ensure services comply with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
* Lead initiatives to increase adoption and awareness across internal stakeholders and customer base.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in product management in the telecoms industry.
* Strong expertise of fixed-line technologies, broadband, VoIP, and network infrastructure.
* Good understanding of emerging trends like IoT, 5G, cloud-based technologies.
* Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
* Proficient in utilizing corporate AI assistants and other productivity tools.
* Excellent business acumen.
* Excellent presentation skills and autonomy.
* Fluent in English and French.
