A fast-growing global social agency with offices around the globe, they partner with major international brands across tech, hospitality, food and beverage, and retail.
Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for global brands across various platforms.
Managing and executing daily social media activities, including channel management, scheduling, and community engagement.
Planning and managing social media campaigns, including paid advertising strategies and execution, specifically targeting the German market.
Engaging with online communities and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining brand voice in both German and English.
Ensuring brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels for the German market.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within an agency environment.
Fluency in both German and English is essential.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices, with specific knowledge of popular platforms and trends in Germany.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and optimisation for German-focused campaigns.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
