The role:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of system and safety engineers, providing direction, support, and career development opportunities.

* In-depth knowledge of system engineering principles, processes, and tools, with a focus on electric vehicles.
* Experience with safety engineering methodologies and risk management in compliance with ISO 26262.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience in customer relationship management and involvement in the acquisition process for new projects or business development.
