Responsibilities
1. In the EHS department, you will support end-to-end processes, particularly in the areas of product stewardship and hazardous goods handling. You will also assist with SAP content updates (Optimize and ERC+) and the distribution of safety data sheets (SDS).
2. In addition, you will make adjustments to WWI templates.
3. You will work closely with other teams within Global Digital Services on cross-functional projects and platform operations.
4. In cooperation with the EHSQ and Legal departments and end users, you will design concepts for efficient applications for the digital optimization of business processes.
5. Together with the specialist departments, you will create product and project roadmaps and the corresponding technical designs.
6. If necessary, you will coordinate external service providers and take on projects independently
Requirements
7. You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification and have experience in the field of IT applications
8. In addition, you have experience in the EHSQ environment and knowledge of SAP EHS Classic. Knowledge of the new Product Compliance solution rounds off your profile
9. Ideally, you already have experience in Poison Center Notification (PCN) and Substance Volume Tracking (SVT) as well as Marketing Restriction Check (MRC)
10. You enjoy implementing complex topics and projects and have analytical and methodological skills, coupled with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset
11. You are passionate about new technologies and agile working methods and see yourself as an active contributor in an innovative IT environment
12. You are fluent in English and German to work in a multicultural, international environment
13. As a team player, you are highly motivated and communicative and willing to travel nationally and internationally on occasion
