We are seeking a seasoned human resources and organizational consultant to join our dynamic team.
Becoming part of our human resources and employment advisory practice, you will embark on diverse HR and organizational projects for local and international clients, across various sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will co-design and deliver HR solutions in areas such as:
* HR and Organizational Effectiveness Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance organizational performance.
* HR Process and Policy Design or Improvement: Develop and implement effective HR processes and policies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
* Compensation and Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
* Talent and Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve talent management and performance, including recruitment, selection, training, and development.
* Learning and Development: Identify learning and development needs and design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
You will work closely with HR and leadership teams to identify core challenges and deliver fit-for-purpose analyses, recommendations, and solutions. You will drive project delivery, track progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout.
Requirements
* A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4-6 years of relevant experience in an HR and organizational consulting role.
* A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong appetite for continuous learning and development.
* Demonstrated business development acumen, including the ability to identify client needs, shape tailored solutions, and contribute to the growth of services.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and the ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a structured and rigorous approach.
* A high level of autonomy and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Solid command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS tools is a definite asset.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is considered advantageous.
