About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Business Developer with C2-level German and a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech sales or business development. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth within the German-speaking market.
This role requires a strong combination of commercial mindset, technical understanding, and consultative sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the German-speaking market
* Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, product presentation, negotiation, and closing
* Understand customer technical needs and propose tailored solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Account Management teams
* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools
* Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
* Stay up to date with product developments and market trends
Required Qualifications
* C2 level in German (spoken and written)
* Fluent in English (business level)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales, B2B sales, or business development
* Strong understanding of technical products or SaaS solutions
* Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
Nice to Have
* Experience in SaaS, Cloud, IT services, or digital solutions
* Previous experience working with the DACH market
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
