What you'll do
1. Support and assist in hardware maintenance and logistics activities
2. Assist in Data Center Inventory management / Asset Management
3. Support in Documentation & reporting
4. Support in finance management
5. Assist in Data analysis & Development of small processes
6. Unique opportunity to get insights into SAP’s core: the data center and learn how DC operations run

What you bring
8. Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
9. Preferred fields of study: Prio 1: IT, applied computer science Prio 2: physics, mathematics, engineering Prio 3: Business studies
10. Computer skills: Office tools (Excel, PP, Outlook) = mandatory statistics tool = optional
11. Language skills: fluent in English (min. B1), German as a plus
12. Soft skills: Active Listening, empathy, problem solving, self-confidence, capacity for teamwork
13. Bonus: Basic knowledge in Data Center Hardware (Compute, Network, Storage)
14. The work must be performed onsite (office location: St. Leon-Rot) and cannot be performed remotely.
Meet your team
A few words on Data Center Management: As part of the Global Cloud Services, Data Center Management is part of the core for delivering data center infrastructure for above mentioned enterprise application software solutions. We are responsible, end to end, for all onsite Data Center services, under a global governance model with local operations and accountability. Your tasks will include supporting the local Data Center Management team in Walldorf / Rot in several areas like financial management, workflow support and other daily business.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
