Your Tasks
* End-to-End Process Design: Analysis of local country workflows and development of standardized, highly efficient “To-Be” post-sales processes for 150+ Retail Media and Partner Marketing products (from booking to billing)
* Blueprint Development: Creation of clear, scalable process documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Central Campaigning matrix and local country teams
* System & Tool Integration: Alignment and integration of operational workflows within core systems, including Salesforce ADvendio, Jira, and Huskyplanner
* Rollout & Enablement: Implementation of new processes, including training, onboarding, and enablement of teams to ensure effective execution and adoption of global standards in daily operations
* Friction Identification: Continuous monitoring of operational performance, identification of bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and inefficiencies, and development of scalable solutions to increase speed-to-market
* Cross-Border Collaboration: Close collaboration with international stakeholders, acting as the operational bridge between local market requirements and central harmonization objectives
Your Profile
* Experience: Several years of practical experience in Digital Advertising Operations, Retail Media Operations, Trade Marketing Operations, or Process Management
* Process-Driven Mindset: Strong affinity for structured workflows, including analysis of complex processes and translation into clear, actionable steps (experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar considered an advantage)
* Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in navigating and optimizing operational systems and ticketing tools (experience with Jira, Huskyplanner, or Salesforce/ADvendio highly advantageous)
* Matrix Experience: Experience working in international, cross-functional environments and managing stakeholder expectations across multiple countries without direct authority
* Problem-Solving Orientation: Analytical, detail-oriented, and pragmatic approach to identifying and resolving process inefficiencies through scalable solutions
* Communication Skills: Fluency in English (German not required) with the ability to clearly communicate complex operational workflows to both technical teams and operational staff
