You support our team as
Operations Technician (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
* You will ensure the operational and functional readiness of production and infrastructure systems for the production of specialty lubricants, and perform regular maintenance
* You will be responsible for the procurement, installation, and adaptation of new and existing systems
* You will independently manage projects within your scope, including planning and execution
* You will ensure operational safety by adhering to operator responsibilities and ensuring production safety
* You will create and maintain maintenance documents, plant master data, specifications, and technical documentation
* You will oversee and coordinate external service providers and partners in accordance with current safety guidelines
* You will handle smaller to medium-sized installations and repairs, including welding, water and wastewater installations, heating system monitoring, and locksmithing tasks
* You will perform cosmetic repairs to optimize the functionality and appearance of the systems
* You will support the preparation of specifications, tenders, and obtaining quotes in coordination with your supervisor.
* You will take on on-call duties and provide emergency services as part of your role
Qualifications
* You have completed a technical apprenticeship, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant construction, building services, or a comparable qualification
* You have several years of experience in the maintenance of production equipment and/or technical building systems
* Knowledge of welding, water and wastewater installations, and general craft activities is an advantage
* You have experience in project work and working with maintenance and service management systems
* Basic knowledge of safety and environmental standards is desirable.
* You are a team player, work independently, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility
