Corporate Officer Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our Luxembourg team, handling corporate documentation and day-to-day files.
* Transaction Management: You will be responsible for managing corporate documentation and files with accuracy and precision.
* Drafting and Reviewing: You will prepare and structure documents while working closely with experienced associates and partners.
* Support to Senior Lawyers: You will receive direct mentorship and learn on the job.
* Gradual Involvement in Complex Work: As you gain experience, you will be exposed to more strategic matters.
Your Profile
* You should have a background as a Corporate Officer, PSL, or Jurist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a law firm or fiduciary environment.
* You should have a strong interest in operational and transactional work, comfortable spending most of your time on files rather than pure advisory.
* Fluency in English; French or German would be an asset.
* You should be detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
* You should be a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, open to learning and evolving in an international environment.
