Corporate Implementation and Transaction Officer
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Building strong relationships with clients and foreign correspondents
* Liaising with tax experts, clients and external business partners on project coordination
* Assisting in the preparation and review of corporate legal documents
* Ensuring compliance with national and international laws and regulations
Your profile should include:
* A master's degree in corporate law
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
* Fluency in French and English, with German or other languages an advantage
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure
* Dedication to work and a willingness to work in a fast-growing environment
