【Key Responsibilities】
1. Lead product marketing for EV and NEV models in the German market.
2. Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging with a strong focus on EV technology, software, and user experience.
3. Localize global product and technology strategies from Chinese HQ for European / German market needs.
4. Drive EV product launches, including go-to-market planning and cross-functional coordination.
5. Develop clear product storytelling around battery technology, charging, connectivity, ADAS, and sustainability.
6. Create and maintain product marketing assets, sales tools, and training materials for XIAOMI sales staff.
7. Conduct competitive EV benchmarking and continuously optimize differentiation.
8. Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Software teams to feed market insights into future development.
9. Ensure compliance with European and German regulatory requirements for EV communication.
【Key Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing strategy, ideally within the automotive, EV, or technology sector.
3. Strong understanding of the EV and NEV landscape, including battery technology, charging ecosystems, connectivity, ADAS, and software-defined vehicles.
4. Proven experience in product positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market planning for complex technology products.
5. Ability to translate technical features into clear, compelling product messaging and marketing storytelling.
6. Strong analytical skills with experience in competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop product marketing assets, sales tools, and training materials.
8. Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage.
