Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support in a telecom environment, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
* Work in a shift-based role to ensure 24/7 operational support.
* Engage with customers and internal teams to manage and resolve technical tickets.
* Diagnose network and system faults, escalating complex issues as necessary.
* Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders
Skills/Must have:
* Telecom industry experience (Nokia preferred, but other vendors are acceptable).
* Strong support background, comfortable working directly on tickets and customer engineering.
* Networking - CCNA, JNCIA, NRS1
* Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
* Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused
Salary:
* €4,000 - €5,000 per month
