You will proactively source, train interviewers on hiring techniques and manage the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company.

* Partner with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and skill sets of a role
* Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews
* Manage the pipeline of candidates, both immediate and long term leads, to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
* Together with the team, deliver and track most important recruitment KPIs
* Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
* Be involved in personnel marketing and employer branding projects by driving initiatives
Qualification Checklist
* Bachelor’s or masters degree in business, psychology or related degree or equivalent
* Ideally at least 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience with tech roles, 7 for Senior
* Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
* Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
* Outstanding organization and attention to detail
Bonus Skills
* High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a growing organisation
* Blue-collar hiring experience
