Freelance Clinical Supply Chain Planner (Remote - Europe) Location: Remote (Europe-based) Contract: Freelance / Contract Duration: 9-12 months Overview A leading pharmaceutical/biotech organisation is looking for an experienced Freelance Clinical Supply Chain Planner to support a growing portfolio of clinical trials. This is a fully remote role offering immediate impact within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Create and manage clinical supply plans aligned with study protocols and enrolment forecasts Oversee inventory levels and resupply strategies across global depots and trial sites Drive demand planning and forecasting to ensure continuous supply and minimise waste Work closely with Clinical Operations, Logistics, QA, and external vendors Support and optimise IRT/RTSM systems Identify and mitigate supply chain risks across ongoing trials Provide regular reporting and KPI tracking Requirements Strong experience in clinical supply chain planning within pharma, biotech, or medical device Proven track record supporting clinical trials (Phase I-III) Experience with IRT/RTSM systems Solid understanding of GxP (GMP/GDP) requirements Comfortable working in a remote, global, cross-functional environment Immediately available or short notice preferred Why This Role?
