Employee Life Cycle Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Employee Life Cycle Management Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with our management team, associates, and works council to ensure seamless employee relations.
* Process, check, and maintain employment contracts, contract amendments, and other employee-related documents
* Support the management team with recruiting activities and identifying top candidates
* Provide expert guidance on labor law, HR processes, and company policies
