Aufgaben
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for the Sales and Business Development activities of Product Verification and Compliance Services. This includes services such as Environmental Testing, Electromagnetic Testing, Safety Testing, and Global Market Access services within Electrical & Electronic Business Line of Product Services Division.
Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for Electrical and Electronics related products
Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets
To develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with our key accounts.
Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme.

Qualifikationen
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline with at least 2 years of sales experience in B2B environment
Prior experience in either one of the following areas will be preferred:
Knowledge in Global Retail/e-Commerce
Knowledge in IoT Cybersecurity
Engagement with regulatory agencies in ASEAN
Strong sales, account management, and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders.
Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects in a short time.
Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills.
Strong ability to navigate challenging situations as well as manage and align different stakeholders.
Meticulous, resourceful and fast learner
