Aufgaben
Evaluate internal business processes in relation to standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities, and develop technical solution concepts for interfaces and change requests (including design, implementation, documentation, testing, and deployment)
Support Fit-Gap workshops to analyze current business processes and define the future target processes in Dynamics 365
Create functional and technical specifications for customizations and oversee their implementation by external developers
Design and optimize international Lead-to-Quote processes in the Dynamics 365 Sales systems, in collaboration with the Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
Ensure quality assurance and provide support for implemented solutions in close coordination with the Dynamics 365 support team
Work closely with other departments to assist in the administration of Power Platform components, such as Power BI and Power Automate
Conduct user and key-user training sessions for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Qualifikationen
Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Functional Consultant) are considered an asset
Several years of relevant professional experience in consulting, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement, with strong knowledge of Sales and Lead-to-Quote processes
Experience in conducting Fit-Gap analyses, creating technical specifications, and coordinating external development
Proficiency in the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and system integration
Familiarity with Sales Copilot, Outlook integration, and user training strategies
Strong analytical skills, ability to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions, and a proactive, collaborative working style
