Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Program Management Team in the position of Advisor, Program Management.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support and manage the development of projects, which will enable APLL to raise the efficiency of its services delivered to Key Accounts and Costumer Service.
2. Being primary customer contact for any daily process related question, problem, or support
3. Establish/ ensure excellent customer care:. continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting these to respective process owner
4. Owning the Monitoring of regular KPI calls across origin and destination team to drive continuously service improvement and archive excellent results.
5. Support training relevant APLL internal teams in customer specific processes as per LP where needed
6. Supporting Key Account Manager (KAM) in identifying opportunities for process improvement and sales opportunities
7. Managing Forecasting and carrier Allocation management in close cooperation with product teams, origin teams and customer.
What we're looking for:
8. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and international supply chain
9. Fluency in English is a must-have and German would be a plus
10. Strong analytical skills
11. Ability to translate data into a story and solution
12. Previous experience in leading projects
13. Customer Centric attitude and mindset
14. Strong understanding of IT and supply chain data structures
15. Excellent listening and communication skills. Capable of articulating issues and proposed solutions with both internal and external customers.
