About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations, handling shipments, coordinating invoicing, and supporting accounting processes. Key Responsibilities
* Follow-Up & Coordination
* Track and follow up on administrative tasks and communications.
* Shipment Management
* Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Prepare customs documentation and ensure VAT payments.
* Invoicing
* Confirm invoices for sales, training, and travel are issued and sent to customers.
* Accounting Support
* Notify the accountant of new orders and verify invoice accuracy.
* Follow up after training sessions to ensure travel and training costs are invoiced.
* Follow up overdue payments.
* General Administrative Duties
* Perform incidental tasks to support daily operations.
Required Competencies
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications
* Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
