Key Responsibilities
* Assist in creating engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials
* Support the team in photo, video, and graphic content production
* Help manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
* Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports
* Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences
* Assist in writing captions, blog posts, and promotional content
* Support in organizing media files, archives, and digital assets
* Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative ideas
* Provide general support to the media and marketing team as needed
Qualifikation
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar (preferred but not mandatory)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Basic photography or video editing skills are a plus
