Your mission

Your responsibilities
- You procure and manage subcontracted services for national and international projects.
- You build and continuously develop a strong network of subcontractors.
- You independently manage tender processes, compare bids, and lead contract negotiations.
- You evaluate offers from a commercial perspective and identify optimization potential.
- You negotiate and shape contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- You coordinate and monitor subcontractors throughout project execution.
- You keep track of costs and identify savings opportunities.
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in procurement of construction services or subcontractor management.
- You have a solid understanding of different trades (you do not need to be a specialist in everything, but you know what matters).
- You have experience managing subcontractors in a project environment.
- You are confident in negotiations and assertive when needed.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way.
- You are experienced in handling tenders and contract documentation.
- You are fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
- Ideally, you are familiar with construction contracts (e.g., VOB).
