Junior Product Development Coordinator (m/f/d) (100%)
Your Responsibilities:
* Effective collaboration with customers, material suppliers and garment manufacturers
* SAP & PLM data administration and various MS Office documentation
* Support the development and garment technician team on all internal processes
* Manage sample submissions and approvals (prototype, size set and salesman samples)
* Color management – check and judge lab dip and strike offs, co-ordinate with manufacturers to achieve approval
* Keep documentations about processes and instructions for internal and external distribution up to date
* Support garment technicians in follow-up and document preparation
* Support product enquiries from our sales team
* Close collaboration with our design team in Hong Kong
Your ideal profile:
* Commercial training and working experience in Product Development or Product Management gained in fashion industry – nice to have
* Experience in handling communication with customers and suppliers
* Interest and appreciation of designs, products and trends
* Team player with advanced coordination and communication skills, accuracy and reliability
* IT proficiency: MS Office
* Fluent English is a must have, German – strong asset
