*Your Responsibilities:*
* Craft comprehensive user stories and process flows to drive the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
* Execute configurations across Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Experience) and leverage AppExchange products to meet evolving business requirements
* Engage in end-to-end product development within an agile environment – from gathering requirements and designing solutions to documenting processes and facilitating market release
* Create and maintain detailed functional documentation, including process diagrams, data flow representations, application configuration, policies, and user support materials
* Assess and analyze the impact of Salesforce rollouts on the broader UTA information system, encompassing flows between Salesforce and dependent systems, API Management, and data migration
* Collaborate seamlessly with team members to architect solutions that align with business needs and fulfill user stories effectively
*Your Profile:*
* Completed studies in computer science or equivalent field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technology and its application
* Expected certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Business Analyst; additional specializations are a plus
* Demonstrated expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, with several years of hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing Salesforce solutions
* Proven track record as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 4 years of experience, showcasing a deep understanding of technology's role in business processes
