Your tasks We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process & Tool Engineer to drive process harmonization and tool lifecycle management across our engineering organization. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency, standardization, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, document, implement, and optimize processes, while also managing engineering tools and their integration into our development workflows. Your tasks: Develop and define methods and workflows that harmonize and standardize processes across the department to ensure consistency and efficiency Create clear and accessible documentation for both existing and newly defined processes Collaborate with key stakeholders to align and finalize processes before implementation Support teams during process rollout to ensure smooth integration into daily operations Manage changes to processes and ensure updates are communicated and implemented effectively Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to maintain relevance and improve efficiency Provide guidance on best practices for process management and workflow optimization Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure team alignment with new or updated processes Your profile Master’s or B achelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field Experience in process development, workflow optimization, and toolchain management Familiarity with engineering tools and standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders Experience in training, change management, or working in a startup or fast-scaling OEM environment is a plus About us HOLON is one of the first vehicle manufacturers for autonomous movers with the standards and scaling potential that we know from the automotive industry.
