* Comprehensive understanding of wealth structuring, management products/services.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit.
* Strong negotiation skills and deal closing ability.
* High level of integrity and ethics.
* Relevant university background in Finance.
* Fluency in English and French; additional languages an asset.
