Compliance Officer Role
The Compliance & Internal Control department is seeking a skilled professional to support the Compliance Officer and Senior Manager Compliance & Internal Control in dealing with policies and regulations.
This role will involve developing existing compliance management systems, creating and improving local policies, process specifications, and internal control systems. Regular assessments of current processes will also be conducted to optimize performance.
* Development and maintenance of compliance management systems.
* Preparing and executing compliance-related reporting activities.
Applicants should have at least 3-4 years' experience in compliance within an international organization and hold a qualification in compliance management. A degree in law, business law, or business administration is preferred.

* Academic degree in law, business law, or business administration.
* Experience in planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising a compliance management system.
* Ability to explain complex topics to nonspecialist persons.
* Excellent communication skills and attitudes for supporting a multinational team.
* Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
* High level business English skills in speaking and writing.
* German and Japanese language skills are advantageous.
