The Role At Lucanet, we know that great salespeople are more than just persuasive—they’re curious, driven, and eager to learn. We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and help us expand our footprint in the DACH market. As an SDR, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer traffic, qualifying these leads to create BANT-qualified opportunities for the Account Manager (AM) to follow up, and actively hunting for new opportunities (cross-sell) within the customer network. Additionally, you will collaborate with Customer Success and support AMs in follow-ups or handle deals yourself. You will also own smaller customer accounts and be the first point of contact for cross-sell and up-sell inquiries if there is no designated Account Manager. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have knowledge of lead generation and demonstrated experience in reaching goals and hitting key deliverables. You are extremely organized, curious, and eager to learn, and you have a positive attitude and fearlessness to hop on the phone with new people daily. What You’ll Do Act as both a sales developer and brand ambassador for our future customers. Identify new business opportunities through inbound prospecting, lead qualification, email outreach, and social selling. Build relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and assess the potential for collaboration. Pass on qualified leads to Account Managers and coordinate meetings, calls, or email follow-ups. Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to achieve company goals and targets. Manage smaller customer accounts independently and handle cross-sell and up-sell requests. Support cloud migration by guiding existing customers through the transition from on-premise to our SaaS platform. What You Bring to the Table You’ve completed your studies and/or gained experience in a fast-paced environment and are now looking to launch your career in sales, inside sales, or sales development. You’re a people person—persuasive, confident, and trustworthy—with strong listening skills to anticipate customer needs. You’re highly motivated, responsive, and target-driven, with a passion for selling SaaS solutions. You’re tech-savvy and eager to understand our CPM platform to deliver real value to customers.
