Role Description
As our Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring transformation initiatives within the organisation. Your daily tasks will include analysing existing business processes, developing digital strategies and leading transformation projects. This full-time position is hybrid, should be partially based in Höxter and remote. You will help to develop and implement efficient digital solutions to optimise operational processes.

ACS International, a leading European aroma chemical manufacturer and trader, is seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide innovation through SAP B1/Salesforce implementation and cloud modernization.
Tasks: 🚀 What You’ll Do:
* Lead the full digital transformation program, from planning to execution
* Manage the migration from SAP Business One to SAP S/4HANA or Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and business continuity
* Oversee SAP (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) and Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), as well as Microsoft Office upgrades
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Finance, R&D) to turn business needs into scalable systems
* Optimize workflows (order-to-cash, forecast-to-delivery) and lead change management across teams
Requirements: ✅ What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years in digital transformation or ERP implementation (SAP B1/Salesforce)
* Experience leading external consultants and managing global project budgets
* Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
* Strong analytical mindset — capable of translating business goals into technical systems
* Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business, or Information Systems
* min. C1-BI-Lingual (German/Englisch)
