1. Acceptance, entry and processing of orders in the ERP system
2. Tracking and coordination of appointments
3. Individual correspondence with customers and customer support by telephone
4. Interface between purchasing / assembly / warehouse / after sales
5. Handling of claims
6. General administrative and organizational tasks (e.g. archiving of documents)
Requirements
7. Completed commercial education (apprenticeship, commercial college, university degree, etc.)
8. Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
9. Very good English skills, both written and spoken
10. Good knowledge of MS Office and experience working with ERP systems
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high sense of responsibility
12. Accurate, structured, and independent working style

The annual gross salary for this position is at least €35,930.00 according to the collective agreement. Your actual salary will be determined individually in a personal discussion based on your qualifications and experience.
