Provides a high quality service to all employees across the employment life cycle, from recruitment, induction and handling queries and system support. Working within a team of HR professionals and pro-actively participate in improvement projects.
Supports & follows-up the DACH countries recruitment processes, applications management, candidates communication, etc. Maintains personnel data in the central HR Database on a daily basis and ensures data accuracy. Monitors accuracy of local HR master data in SAP in cooperation with local HR.
Acts as first level support in response to managers and employee questions regarding all matters of employment and HR policies & initiatives
Active participation in HR projects
charts, SRF´s, JD, etc... in SAP, Excel or WORD.
Take part in HR projects to increase the level of HR Services for PHVACEU DACH/HQ Germany. Ensures PHVACEU´s HR activities are compliant with company values, policies and legal regulations
University degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Economics or similar education and experience
Ability to interpret data and interact with all levels of organization
Very Good knowledge in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel
Strong English & German language skills required.
SAP skills would be an advantage
