Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience as an IT technician, system administrator, or in a similar role with a strong focus on L2 support within a manufacturing environment
* Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (clients and servers), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services
* Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
* Good knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management
* Experience in first-line SAP support is considered an advantage
* Proven project management skills
* Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) is an advantage
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
