In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering events in line with organizational goals, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations. The Events Project Coordinator sits within the Global Communications Team, based out of the UK and Germany, and will business partner with our Aftermarket function, with a focus on project coordination and events. They will be responsible for planning and delivery of a wide range of events for the function, which includes overseeing all logistics such as registration, venue liaison, sourcing and transport of products, setting up and management of exhibition space, branding materials, and more. They will work closely with and manage a network of external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to high quality and within agreed budget parameters.
