* Strategische Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung internationaler Messeauftritte und Events
* Steuerung sämtlicher Projektphasen: von der Ideenentwicklung über Budgetplanung bis zur Durchführung und Nachbereitung
* Entwicklung kreativer Messekonzepte zur optimalen Markenpräsentation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit eCommerce, Sales und Geschäftsführung
* Auswahl, Verhandlung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Agenturen und Messebauer
* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätsvorgaben
* Vor-Ort-Betreuung internationaler Events, inklusive Troubleshooting und Nachbereitung
* Verantwortung für interne Event-Highlights (z.B. Sommerfest, Teamevents)
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Event-, Marketing- oder Kommunikationsmanagement
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Event- oder Messemanagement
* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Verhandlungsgeschick
* Hohe Stressresistenz, Lösungsorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität
* Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität

Are you an experienced event professional with a passion for international trade shows and brand experiences? Do you thrive under pressure and want to shape the global presence of a leading sports nutrition brand? Then we’re looking for you as our Senior Event Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on international exhibitions .
Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focus
* Lead planning, concept creation, and execution of international trade fairs and events
* Manage all project stages from idea generation to budgeting, logistics, and post-event evaluation
* Develop creative and strategic booth and event concepts in close collaboration with eCommerce, Sales, and Management
* Source, negotiate, and coordinate external partners, agencies, and suppliers
* Ensure smooth project execution within time, budget, and quality targets
* Attend events worldwide to manage on-site operations and ensure brand excellence
* Manage internal company events such as summer parties or team gatherings
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
* Degree in Event, Marketing, or Communications Management
* Several years of international event and trade fair experience
* Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
* Excellent command of English, other languages are a plus
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities
* High resilience, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on approach
* Willingness to travel internationally
