Sitting in the EU Ecom Product Merchandising team, part of the EU Ecom Off Price Merchandising pillar, the this position is critical to drive FO Trading and also assortment and pricing for Non-Full Price and Commercial moments.
Holistic pricing strategy across all product categories in eCommerce, ensuring alignment with brand strategy while achieving financial goals (net sales, margins, markdown, and inventory targets).
~ Product lifecycle management, with an emphasis on planning and executing major commercial campaigns (e.g. end-of-season sales, Black Friday).
~ Manager of Pricing, you will help translate financial plans into relevant commercial assortments and execute them. You will also be responsible to lead the Pricing & Promotion team and drive innovation in the area of tools and analytical capabilities in collaboration with the responsible global digital teams.
Own planning processes for commercial campaigns from an assortment point of view, including elements like determining product strategy, lookback analysis, article selection, discount strategy, volume forecasting. Act as key player within the organization in determining and executing promotional trading levers and involve in all promotions onsite that have product implications.
Maintain and evolve the Pricing & Promotion Policy for eCom Europe in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance and transparency for all prices shown to consumer on digital touchpoints from both full-price and non-full-price points of view.
Work pro-actively and propose changes in pricing management processes in order to avoid irregularities.
Engage Analytics team and other relevant global digital teams to maintain and evolve tools and capabilities, so to keep improving overall promotional strategy and drive efficiency from execution and process point of view.

Knowledges and passion for Sports, global fashion, sneakerhead, hype, fashion influencer market.
Self-motivated and passionate about deriving business insight from data, improving business processes, and solving problems.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analysis, Data bricks and Power Bi data visualization tools are a plus.
Strong organizational and planning skills to handle multiple tasks and business partners.
Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to work in deadline driven environment.
Excellent PowerPoint skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English both verbally and written
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
