As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in your assigned region. You will develop new business opportunities, secure orders, and negotiate contracts with internal stakeholders.

* Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
You will serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally. You will also monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
About You
* Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
