We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us find and hire great people.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Share our open jobs on our website and different job boards, and keep them updated.
* Search for great people to join our team. You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, employee referrals, and internet searches (like Boolean and X-ray search) to find people who fit our roles.
* Screen resumes and conduct the first round of phone or video interviews.
* Team up with hiring managers to understand what they need and help them meet their hiring goals.
* Update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) daily so we always know where candidates are in the hiring process.
About You:
* 1+ years of experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or HR assistant (ideally finding people for Marketing, Design, Sales or Operations). Experience in a fast-paced customer service or client-facing role also works!
* Fluent English.
* You find it easy to talk to new people, build relationships, and communicate clearly.
* You pay close attention to details, you don't wait around for someone to tell you what to do (you are proactive), and you love crossing things off your to-do list.
